Regulations
General provisions
1. Web store www.ambic.pl is property of Alborz Multi Business Company Behzad Shirdel Mirzanagh, ul. Rosa Bailly 5/65, 01-494 WARSAW, NIP(VATIN): 5262600979, REGON: 141849140.
2. Contact the shop can be obtained via e-mail info (-at-) ambic.pl or contact form on the page.
3. Prices listed here are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices (including VAT).
4. Ordering is available using web store form.
5. Receipt is attached to every purchase. Customer may request an invoice during purchase or within 14 days since date of receiving the product. Invoice delivery cost must be payed by client (not applicable to electronic invoicing).
6. Client must be informed of the status of the order In case of unavailability of required products. Customer may then decide to change the order, its partial execution or cancel. When customer does not respond within 3 days, store has right to cancel the order.
Returns and exchanges
1. Customer has right to return purchased goods within 10 days since date of receiving, without giving any reason, by sending a written statement to the store. Then over the next 14 days the customer is obliged to send the received goods.
2. Only undamaged goods in original correct package are acceptable to return. Failure these conditions is equal to lack of possibility to return the goods.
3. Shipping costs of returned goods must be payed by client.
4. In order returning, receipts or invoices (if it is issued) must be attached.
5. When complaint is cconsidered positively, client has right to choose new product (the same or similar) or reimbursement od money. In the case of replacement with a new product, the cost of shipment to customer is payed by store (post office standard shipping).
6. Refunds shall be made by bank transfer, within 14 days since receiving returned goods by the store.
Warranty and reclamations
1. Goods must be checked by client at time of receiving. Any damage must be reported immediately to the transporter who did delivery. Only complaints with damage report prepared in presence of transporter will be considered. Complaints of goods with mechanical damage, arising during transport, will not be processed without a completed damage report, and without original packaging.
2. No warranties on purchased goods.
3. Shipped goods may differ slightly from that shown in the picture.
Shipping and payments
1. The form of payment for goods is money transfer to the store bank account.
2. Processing the order is performed immediately after receiving payment on store bank account.
3. If payment is not made within 14 days from date of order, the order will automatically be canceled.
4. Dispatching the goods is possible only to places in territory of Poland.
5. Settlement of credit card transactions and e-transfer is carried out through Dotpay.pl.
Personal data
1. By placing an order in the store, the customer agrees for using personal data for commercial purposes, marketing and statistics, and the same customer's personal information will be entered into the database store.
2. Personal data is protected according to Law on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Law Gazette from 2002, No.101, heading 926, as amended) and is protected of unauthorized access.
3. Customer has a right to inspect his data, to correct them and to demand the cessation of their use.
Final decisions
1. In cases not described in Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code are used.
2. Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of the Regulations.
